I am a native of Dickenson County, Virginia, and a proud graduate of Clintwood High School. My life’s journey has taken me from serving in the United States Armed Forces to living all around the world, but I am now happily settled back in Clintwood with my amazing wife. I have three amazing children and a new grandson who are the lights of my life. "Dad" and "Pap" are my favorite titles. 

Professionally, I am dedicated to fighting for my clients' rights, whether through criminal defense, personal injury, or family law. As an attorney, I earned my Juris Doctorate at the Appalachian School of Law, where I gained valuable knowledge and developed a profound dedication to justice. In the courtroom and beyond, I work tirelessly to represent my clients, advocating for their interests with diligence and passion. I am known for my assertiveness in representing my clients, advocating for them with unwavering determination.  

Beyond the legal arena, I enjoy unwinding on the golf course, smoking BBQ,  traveling, and treasuring time with my family and friends.
